I’m very particular about my eyebrows, so I’m so happy I found this spot in Flatlands, Brooklyn! Hina is amazing she really knows how to shape eyebrows and made both of mine look beautiful. I was honestly impressed with how well she shaped them. She knows what she’s doing, and I always leave happy with the results. This is definitely my go-to spot for my eyebrows!

Just got the most beautiful set of natural extensions with Hina. She made me feel so comfortable my first time getting extensions and she is so lovely. These eyelashes look gorgeous I’m blown away

They threaded my eyebrows really nicely which I was pleased by, but the eyelash extensions are TERRIBLE. I had their extensions for exactly 9 days before removing them and they COMPLETELY damaged my natural lashes. I'm so upset. The lady who did my extensions gave few instructions on how to care for it, but I followed her instructions and did further research to take care of the lashes. After letting the lashes dry for 2 days straight I washed them with a kit specifically for eyelash extensions daily, bought a eye mask for eyelash extensions to wear to sleep, and carefully washed my face separately after showering. Despite this, there was still tension on my eyelashes and the some areas of the extensions would fall out often. I got one touch up before my event for free, which was nice, though today I see a note in the shop that says that they aren't doing that anymore. I had a terrible experience removing the extensions. I came back here to get the eyelash extensions removed and it took over an hour to do so. Partially because the lady who was doing my eyelashes really struggled to get all the glue out, but also because she kept taking customers in between removing my eyelashes (she was the only person in the shop went I went today, so while I kind of get it, but it's still extremely frustrating). After she finally finished I was frustrated and posted out that my natural lashes were completely gone and the person who removed it (not the same person who installed it, I think the boss installed it), tried gaslighting me about it. She claimed that I might be "allergic" to the extensions, and that yes, the lashes were removed (she was playing dumb and pointing out that she removed the extensions when I told her I was talking about my natural lashes). She suggested I should come tomorrow to talk to her boss, but I'm not sure how her boss could possibly remedy the situation when my natural lashes are completely damaged and gone. I'm so frustrated that I feel like crying. This is a completely unprofessional and careless establishment
